Will Casey Aldridge Do Time For Jamie Lynn?

jamieandcasey.jpg

Jamie Lynn Spears who is sixteen is pregnant what a surprise; OK it isn’t really much of a surprise since look at her family which seems to be a train wreck in progress. Any how I am not writing because I could care less that this dumb little girl is pregnant or not. What I care about is the fact that she is pregnant by her boyfriend of two years Casey Aldridge who is nineteen is the father. Now if I am not mistaken in California where her show is being taped and probably the place where the little tart probably did the deed the age of consent is eighteen.

I am wondering if this fellow will be charged with misdemeanor sex with a minor which is punishable by one year in jail. And if it turns out that he is older than her by more than actual three years he can be charged with a felony and punished to an undefined prison term. Now I only ask this since Genarlow Wilson was jailed for two years and would have been longer if people hadn’t gotten out and protested it. Yet he was seventeen and the girl was fifteen. So it seems to me that this guy needs to get the same treatment since it doesn’t matter if he is a celebrity of not. The law states clearly that if the man is over eighteen and the girl under eighteen that a misdemeanor has been committed and someone has to pay.

And exactly what kind of message is this sending to her young fans who are watching her show on Nickelodeon called Zoey 101. What kind of mother helps her daughter sell the story of her pregnancy to a magazine for one million dollars? The magazine OK will pay Jamie Lynn the million dollars when the baby is born. It seems that the Spears mother was not above helping this daughter to capitalize off of this sad news. Yet look at the mess that older daughter Brittney has made of her life and that of her children and you can pretty much see what kind of parent we are dealing with.

This is just a seriously stupid situation to me since Jamie Lynn is now telling other teen girls that having sex at a young age is wrong and to wait, blah, blah, blah. Yet actions speak louder than words. I would think that she and her family had enough money to get her in to see a doctor and plan for some sort of birth control. The family knew that she was in this “serious” relationship, and I use that term lightly, when the girl started dating this boy when she was thirteen. Why hadn’t they had “the talk” so that this type of thing could be avoided?

Unfortunately I don’t hold much hope for her fan base that will undoubtedly find whatever she has done now cool and want to emulate her or at least be under the impression that having sex now is not as bad an idea as they might have thought. I sure hope that the parents of these girls do some serious damage control and talk with them and give them the information showing why having children in your teens is a BAD idea. All I can do is wish this lost girl good luck since if she is anything like her older sister she is bound to need it.

Sextra Credit Becomes Deadly

ht_kelsey_071031_ms.jpg

The report out today is that there are some 2,570 cases that were reported over a 5 year span. And according to ABC news about 10 percent of all children boys and girls, in kindergarten through 11th grade have reported receiving some sort of sexual harassment by an adult while in school. About 7 percent of those cases involved physical abuse, said Charol Shakeshaft, an education professor at Hofstra University and author of a congressionally mandated study on teacher misconduct for the Department of Education.Just think of the amounts that are not reported. Now we have another teacher running off with a 13 year old boy. And finally a death comes from a teacher’s sextra credit, where the teacher’s husband shot to death the teen student that his wife was molesting. This poor boy was victimized twice, once by the teacher then by her husband. When are we going to get tough on these perverts who are running into the teaching profession?

abc_gma_teacher_070318_sp.jpg

The way we are handling these teachers is akin to how the Catholic Church handled the hordes of perverted men who ran to join the priesthood and thus began the molestation scandals there. Mary Kay Letourneau convicted child rapist recently did an interview saying that she understood why these teachers are running away. She said that instead of allowing her to be separated from her children, she bore with her then 12 year old lover; she would have run off as well. The sentences are slim to none for these perverted teachers so that it is a no brainer as to why others come up the ranks and do the same thing. Schools at this point seem to be a haven for pedophiles. There are so many cases that it should be looked at like a serious epidemic in the school system. They can start calling the schools systems motto no child left un-sexed. Maybe the schools don’t want to take the time to pay attention to what these teachers are doing or maybe they are choosing to overlook it so as not to have scandal raging around their schools. Whatever it is, the schools are woefully ill at protecting our children.

I am going to raise another view on this issue and that is the race of the perpetrators because I really think that if the majority of these teachers were Black, the powers that be would put a stop to this behavior immediately. We see from the numbers on crime that Blacks are far more likely to face jail time and harsher penalties for the very same crimes committed by Whites. So why hasn’t there been a tidy little catch phrase like Black on Black crime, how about we call it White teacher on student crime. Now each time a teacher does her or his thing with a student we can talk about how White teacher on student crime is out of control. Because, isn’t it really out of control? I am sure that a lot of people will read this part and feel that this is problematic. But I am looking at the fact that when something that America feels is a problem is being perpetrated by a few more Blacks than Whites it is worthy of a catch phrase. Such as with the baggy pants epidemic, aren’t White kids in White areas wearing their clothes the same way?

Until we start severely punishing these pedophiles, because that is what they are, this type of behavior will continue until it is down to our pre-school and kindergarten children. Instead of looking at it as a victimless crime when boys are molested by female teachers we should look at this problem the same way we see male teacher on female student crime. I for one will continue to bring this White teacher on student crime to the attention of all who wish to read about it. We need to start asking our law makers what exactly is it they plan to do to fix this problem. Until we see the disparity of crime in America no one will lift a finger to do anything about any problem involving a large number of White people victimizing others. If you would like more information on White crime statistics please refer to a couple of posts that I found highly informative, Read them and weep, Statistical rates are not real numbers, Raw numbers don’t lie , and Black crime statistics are hopelessly screwed, I mean skewed . All these posts talk about the ridiculousness of crime statistics how they hurt us all in America.

More Female Teacher’s Handing Out Sextra Credit

070813_jennifer_rice.jpg

Here we go again, another young white teacher that sexed up her young student. Jennifer Rice, 31, was arrested Saturday and booked into the Pierce County Jail in Tacoma Washington, which is about 34 miles from Mary Kay LeTourneau and her 14 year old lover from Seattle Washington, for investigation of kidnapping, five counts of first-degree child rape, and four counts of child molestation.

The victim was a 10 year old boy who Ms. Rice was asked to stop seeing by his parents. She had been taking the boy to the movies and having online chats with him when his parents became concerned and asked her to stay away. Then the parents awoke to find that their son was missing from his room his bed had been made to look like he was sleeping. “So sometime during the early morning hours, he disappeared from the house,” Fulghum said. According to court documents, Rice told detectives that she picked the boy up, took him out to breakfast and took him to a waterfall. She said she planned to take him to Idaho, yet after the police called her the boy asked to be left at his uncle’s house in Puyallup Washington and he would make up some story about having walked there.

According to Investigators, Rice admitted that she raped the boy at a rest stop in Ellensburg before driving him back, and court documents indicate that the two had intercourse several times on previous occasions, including once in the boy’s home. The Tacoma School District said, Rice taught at McKinley from October 2006 to April 20, 2007. At that time she was placed on administrative leave while the district conducted an investigation to determine whether she was socializing with her students after school.

There is no excuse for these people; they are in charge of teaching and above all protecting our children. Yet there is an abundance of them who are shirking their duties and becoming the ultimate predators, because our children HAVE to go to them for hours each and every weekday. This is a scary fact that our children are now being taught by a gaggle of pedophiles.

When are we going to start hearing about the “white teacher on child crime” statistics? Because it seems to me that this is out of control. I don’t know how I am supposed to look at my son’s teachers (white females) with any trust. My son might not be safe. Maybe we need a taskforce to start trying to combat this crime or just the way they want to sue gang members and give three strikes and you’ve got life laws, maybe we should be suing and giving teachers who sex down children three strikes and its life as well. Because all of these teachers have admitted to having sex with these students more than three and sometimes up to dozens of times. Also, they seem to go to jail get out and continue sexing the same kid or worse yet give birth to their children. Some of these women are guilty of sexing down girls as well, is anyone safe. Following is a list from MoJunk listing just some of these white female teacher pedophiles. This is not a complete list, but who knows how many of these sickos are out there teaching god knows what to our kids.

Sex Ed For Kindergarten?

storktelligent-design.gif Click to enlarge

Mitt Romney just like all the other candidates running for the presidency couldn’t wait to hear something that he thought would outrage America if he repeated it with a phony outraged voice. Mitt has been raging on about Obama stating that if elected he would go with the Planned Parenthood’s sex education which starts on a Kindergarten level. So with apparent indignation Mitt claims “I was governor four years,’ said Romney and “I never had one person coming to me and say, ‘You know what, governor, I’m concerned about something.’ What’s that? ‘I’m concerned about sex education. I’m concerned my kids aren’t learning enough about sex.’ I never heard that.” I don’t know what is so outrageous about this since Mitt’s state starts teaching sex education as early as pre-kindergarten. I guess what he should be outraged about is that he as Governor doesn’t really know what is going on in his OWN state.

I am by no means an Obama fan and certainly not a Romney one either but this issue is something that angers me whenever people talk about it. Mitt would have you believe that when Obama says that going with the Planned Parenthood option would mean teaching the Kindergartener’s the whole shebang. Well I am pretty sure that what is meant is that we start with the basics of teaching a child the correct names for body parts and what makes a man or woman etc. This is not too much for a child that age to handle, they will ask those questions anyway, I should know I have two kids. All I keep seeing is the fact that we need to protect our kids’ innocence and such, well I don’t think that anywhere in the Planned Parenthood or Obama’s minds we are going to be teaching kindergarteners HOW to have sex in the perverted sense. So how does knowing ones body parts etc. taking a child’s innocence.

I think this is just simpler mind redirection techniques on Romney’s part. These presidential candidates are so lacking in anything to offer the American public that they are just playing a game of “I don’t have to show you that I have something to offer, I just have to show you that my OPPONENT doesn’t have anything to offer.” This way if they point the finger away from themselves enough people will be forced to look at them and say “well that guy seems to have the better policies”, even though all he did was point out the flaws in every other candidates policies. I for one do not see anything positive about any of these politicians. We have a serious dilemma which is just witling down which one of them will be the lesser evil and I am even having a hard time just doing that.
