America Plays Blind

blind.jpg

This whole Obama and pastor Wright thing is becoming absolutely ridiculous. Now online there are a gaggle of people who are now talking about Obama’s link to some other supposedly “racist” black pastor. Does it make any difference that these people continue to refer to Obama as “Hussein Obama” as if that is some sort of important noteworthy tidbit? Yet no one (maybe besides me) plays up the fact that McCain refers to Vietnamese people as Gooks or that he is connected to racist ministers of his own.

What I find funny is that Whoopi Goldberg who I can’t stand actually made a great point. She was saying that people acting like Obama should have left the church long ago because of Pastor White’s remarks etc. The problem as me and Whoopi see it is that how many Catholics ran from the Catholic Church after the scandal of child rape came to light? Not many so now what does that say about millions of Americans? Yet of course we would like to have this double standard. I heard so many white people crying that if this type of thing happened at their church they would have sped out of there post haste.

There are tons of people spewing racist jokes on a constant basis; I have even done an article about it called “Quiet Racism.” Yet now I am to believe that these people cut those people loose from their lives? Even if that person who made the joke was their boss, best friend, or god forbid preacher. Not to mention that the comments that were made were NOT racist and in fact not even inflammatory once I listened to the COMPLETE speech he made and in what context. Yet let people tell it he was being just totally racist and insensitive to whites. Yet how many of these same hypocrites came rushing to the defense of Dog the “soulless nigger” Bounty Hunter, Don “Nappy Headed Ho” Imus and George “Maccaca” Allen, Joe “Clean & Articulate Biden, Geraldine “He’s only there because he’s black” Ferraro, Bill “They want to end white Christian male dominance” O’reilly, Lou “Cotton picking” Dobbs and Kelly “Lynch him in a dark alley” Tilgham.

None of these people have been ostracized. They haven’t been abandoned by their friends, family, co-workers; bosses and certainly not by the public who seem to like these people even more after their racist spiels. This total abandonment that people expect out of Obama I guess is only slated for blacks who dare to make comments about white dominated America in which it is obvious that through white privilege and other discriminatory practices blacks are kept from equality. Yet this is obviously a no, no for blacks to point out racism as through my experiences on this Blog that makes “you” the racist.

These same people talk about how MLK would never talk like this and how respected and loved he was when in fact if you look at the pictures from that time white people were spitting in his face, yelling racial epithets and going so far as hitting and kicking him. This was a man who was saying pretty much the same things as pastor White was saying at the pulpit. Yet the only thing that most of these people know about MLK was that he asked for non violence. Not that he demanded equality or the fact that he criticized the white community for its unfair, unequal treatment of blacks. These facts seem to escape them when they demand that black pastors today NOT talk about racist practices in America or its blatantly obvious hypocrisy.

People ask what would MLK say or do during this controversy. He would probably say that it is good that someone raised the issues that seem to be getting swept under the rug by people who feel that everyone should just be happy to be in America. Not complaining about how they need equality which somehow they equate to special treatment or handouts. Until people in this country begin to acknowledge the fact that America is racist to its core we will never heal. America was founded on racism, practices racism still and now pretends to be blind to its presence.

We The Sheeple. . .

sheeple.gif

While reading my new issue of BabyTalk magazine I ran across the Mom’s sound off section where mom’s can complain about articles from the last issue. The last issue had an article about universal health coverage, and minimum wage amongst other things in an article titled “Mom Power”. A lady named Melissa commented that she became really angry because “not every mom agrees with universal health coverage for all children in this country” and “a minimum wage that is a living wage.” In her opinion, it is her and her husband’s responsibility to provide health care for their children – not the government’s job. She then goes on to say that they are a one parent income as she is a stay at home mother etc. And that they can still provide the basic necessities even on their small income.

She claims that minimum wage is not, nor was not intended to be a “living wage”. It is a starting point for teens and those with second jobs – not meant for supporting a family. That those people need to get motivated, work their way up and they’ll make a living wage – and probably get a good health plan! As I read this tripe I became totally disgusted. Then a lady named Krishawn felt that Universal health insurance etc. is more akin to a “Nanny State” and that living wage jobs and health coverage already exists and are achieved by working hard and making the right decisions. After quitting her job to become a stay at home mom they lost their health coverage which was through her job and now they pay for it out of pocket. Now they don’t live beyond their means but doesn’t expect the state to subsidize their lifestyle. We don’t universal health coverage and minimum wage laws imposed on the already overburdened employers and taxpayers to get it.

All the talk of how the government doesn’t owe anything to anyone is pretty stupid. What if not to provide for its people is the government for? We do not pay our taxes so that the government can tell us that we don’t deserve life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. How can I have life if I don’t have good health, since that is a life necessity. I suppose that we could decide that we pay taxes for the government to just pay themselves. So why should we be offered universal fire department coverage, or how about the use of the police department or mail services.

How about we let the HMO’s take over the fire department, then you can expect to have your fire and rescue serviced denied after they find out that your child played with matches and they can call it a pre-existing condition for fire, no matter how the fire started. These are things that we get with the healthcare system of today. Healthcare isn’t a luxury it is a basic necessity that should be afforded to EVERYONE. Yet you have these idiots who can say that they don’t feel that every child deserves healthcare, just theirs since they can afford it.

Which brings me to the minimum wage which both these ladies feel doesn’t need to be a living wage. WHAT!?! Are they serious? Not everyone can have that high paying job not even every college graduate can get the best job. So basically what they are saying is that if you can’t be the ONE to get the good job then shut up and take whatever pittance the minimum wage job offers. Whether you can afford to feed your family doesn’t matter and neither they nor anyone else needs to worry about it, so long as they can feed theirs. See this is what is wrong with America, the all about ME attitude that we have when confronted with the problems of others.

These poor overburdened companies that Krishawn talked about work so hard to help. Yet while companies like Wal-Mart are refusing to neither pay workers a living wage yet offer their workers a healthcare plan that has a seven thousand dollar deductible which is akin to no healthcare at all. Since most people not only aren’t making a living wage but don’t have seven thousand dollars to shell out in an emergency or otherwise. All this and Wal-Mart is pulling down at least seventeen billion dollars. And I should be feeling sorry for them? I agree that healthcare is too expensive right now for anyone be they companies or individuals. The problem is that we need to take profit out of healthcare. But government healthcare is socialism or communism.

These are the types of hypocrites that we in America not only produce but strive to be ourselves. We constantly see people on television crying about not being helped by this or that and then you see all of the surveys talking about people finding healthcare or social help unacceptable. It probably is unacceptable until they are the ones who need it. The problem is that these ladies and most of these people with this mentality are just spewing the same rhetoric that you hear constantly out of the government especially the right. Instead of starting the constitution with we the people maybe we should just be starting it with we the sheeple!

The Typical Hypocrite

hypocrite.jpg

How typical of people to become the hypocrite as this whole hoopla over Obama’s grandmother runs its course. As for what he said I can see that we are on a slippery slope when we need to sit and pick out a word such as typical and act as if it is some horrendous racial slur against all that were labeled as such. Being typical is not a slur unless they attach it to a slur such as, typical nigger, typical honky, and typical bitch. But being a typical black or a typical white really can’t be considered a slur since it is in such wide use by scholars, authors, the government and others.

According to the national census the “typical black family” earns 78% of the “typical white family.” Hmm now was that racist, should the government official who wrote that be made to give a speech to the nation apologizing to all black and white families for calling them typical. The firm “Population Reference Bureau” is a company that informs people around the world about population, health, and the environment. This firm used the words “typical black as well as typical white, family, man, woman, teen, child” now what do we make of that? Should they be made to change all of their data collections to make sure not to use this newly invented racial slur so as not to offend?

In talking about parent child interactions the authors consistently referred to the “typical black family” and also the “typical black father”. Wow, it goes to show you that this racial slur has been right in front of us the whole time and it took a bunch of typical hypocrites who I am sure used the words typical this or that decided to create this phony outrage over something that they and others have been saying for years. In fact Bill O’Reilly and the rest of the republican radio pundits are constantly calling someone the typical democrat, typical black person. I mean didn’t he say that those blacks at the restaurant weren’t the typical blacks asking where their M-fing ice tea was?

It’s bvious the people over at Wikipedia didn’t get the memo on this newly formed racial slur as they are using it indiscriminately in their definitions. Take this little snippet from their piece on Blacks “For example the telenovelas or soaps are said to be a hotbed of white, largely blonde and blue/green-eyed actors who resemble Scandinavians or other northern Europeans more than they resemble the typical whites of Brazil, who are mostly of Southern European descent.” I wonder if the people who first started pushing this load of crap as a legitimate maligning of a people actually checked to see how many times people that look like themselves were using this to not only describe themselves but other races.

I think that this phony assault on Obama is ridiculous. I have heard CNN, MSNBC, ABC, NBC, CBS, PBS and even FOX use the words typical black voter and not one person who is complaining now said one damn thing about it. I guess it is fine and dandy for blacks to be considered typical anything while it is a total insult to consider white people as typical. Is this because they are just too special to be considered typical? All the while typical white authors, government officials and others can use the term to describe any and every race under the sun in terms of typical. McCain can refer to Vietnamese people as Gooks which by the way is the Vietnamese equivalent of the N word and hey it’s OK because he was a prisoner of war and is still a bit touchy about them. This just goes to show that people are typical, typical hypocrites that is.

That Was A Racist Comment Geraldine Ferraro

hilary-geraldine.jpg

“If Obama was a white man, he would not be in this position. And if he was a woman (of any color) he would not be in this position.” This statement was written by Geraldine Ferraro in the Daily Breeze, Friday.

I may not be the big Obama supporter that many people are but YES, this damn statement is racist. This is the same racist rhetoric that blacks have to hear constantly no matter what type of professional position they are able to get. From a position as an architect to (now possibly) the President of the United States white people constantly say that if they weren’t black they wouldn’t be in this position, you can just add it up to affirmative action. I am constantly fielding comments from white people who will say that blacks only get jobs due to affirmative action as if there was no possible way they could get the job based on talent, skills and experience. The fact is there are too many White people in this country who believe that they are at a disadvantage due to their feeling that Blacks just get things such as jobs handed to them.

Basically what Ferraro is saying is that Obama has absolutely NO qualifying skills that would have lead to his possibly gaining the position to run for the president. By her claiming that the only think he has is his skin color is not only demeaning but racist. Would she be OK with the statement that George Bush wouldn’t be president right now if he were any other color or a woman? Because he not only had no experience he doesn’t have the sense god gave a donkey. Yet where was she to level this type of insult on him. What makes Hilary so qualified that she doesn’t have this type of insult leveled on her. Would it not be possible to say the Hilary wouldn’t be in the position she is in today if she were a man, especially a minority.

What Ferraro said is nothing new or surprising. The fact that it came from a person who is supposed to be on the same side as Obama and all other democrats isn’t even surprising. This just goes to show what Ferraro and other democrats actually feel about Obama and blacks in general. Then as Ferraro says this racist crap she turns around and says that everything bad that is said about Obama is chalked up to racism. But it is racist dumb ass it is. When it was found out that Farrakhan supported Obama, Clinton and everyone else came out saying that Obama needed to not only disagree with his position but to outright denounce the man. Now that Ferraro has shown her ugly side is Clinton denouncing her, of course not because she doesn’t have to and not one person is calling for her to do so. And as soon as the race for the Whitehouse is on with the republicans I am sure if Obama makes it we will see a lot more of the same.

When will we get past the fact that blacks CAN be just as qualified as white people? Everyone is talking about experience, well the problem is that none of these dolts has been president before and being a senator or a soldier boy doesn’t make you or anyone else qualified with any more or less experience as anyone else. Hillary had a husband that was president and that alone doesn’t give her any more experience than the other two candidates either. I don’t know one surgeons wife who claims she has all this surgical experience because her husband is a surgeon that would be ludicrous. I understand saying that you don’t like Obama’s policies because I have a problem with quite a few of his policies but to denounce him as a candidate just because he is black is beyond acceptable.

Then of course CNN did a pole on the issue of what Ferraro said and 55% of the people felt that she didn’t owe him an apology for her racist comments. Why, because most of the people voting feel that it is OK to question black peoples qualifications only based on race. When the fact is no one would dare to say the same about white people no matter what their background. No one would dare to question a white persons skin color as a means of saying that they are ill qualified for anything. The bottom line is Geraldine Ferraro felt that it was OK to judge Obama’s worthiness by the fact that he is black and that is the only qualification he has according to her. When blacks start using this same rhetoric maybe then people will see just how stupid, hurtful, racist and deceitful it really is. Ferraro and just about any other person should know that just because you have been the victim of sexism doesn’t mean you can now turn around and make someone else the victim of racism and vice versa.

Just Be Thankful You’re American

lynching-in-america_florida-1935.jpg

I recently did a post on sex slaves in America and inside I talked about a bunch of Ukrainian women who were brought here under the assumption they would be getting jobs except those jobs were as prostitutes. Now they are free, tens of thousands of dollars richer and American citizens. They actually spoke to congress about the sex slave industry and cried their collective eyes out at the humiliation, torment and degradation they suffered at the hands of their captors. Now New Jersey lawmakers would like to offer an apology for the enslavement of the Africans.

An apology is a good start to trying to acknowledge a wrong that was never corrected. Republican Assemblymen such as Richard Merkt and Michael Patrick Carroll had problems with this. They feel that it would be meaningless. Assemblyman Richard Merkt wanted to know, “Who living today is guilty of slave holding and thus capable of apologizing for the offense?” Also, “And who living today is a former slave and thus capable of accepting the apology? So how is a real apology even remotely possible, much less meaningful, given the long absence of both oppressor and victim?”

“But, on a current note, if slavery was the price that a modern American’s ancestors had to pay in order to make one an American, one should get down on one’s knees every single day and thank the Lord that such price was paid,” Carroll said. Carroll said while his ancestors came from Ireland around the 1850s, fleeing a potato famine he said was worsened by British indifference; he bore the British no ill will. Now back to our Ukrainian ladies. From what Assemblyman Carroll is saying these ladies should be on their collective knees daily and this time to thank the modern day slave catchers for helping to make them citizens of America. Not only the ladies but their children, children’s children should all be on their knees giving thanks that the sex slave catchers got their mothers and grandmothers and making them free Americans.

Now that sounds pretty sickening if you ask me, that we have people that are so callous as to think that someone should be thankful that their family has been enslaved and subjugated. They should be thankful for the passing on of not only an American citizenship but a legacy of subjugation, discrimination and bias. Mr. Carroll would NEVER make that statement to these ladies let alone any white person who suffered from some devastating event that caused them to be in America. Would he say that to the Jews who suffered through the holocaust? Hey they had to suffer immensely, losing family members and their freedom yet they should be thanking the Nazi’s each and every day down on their knees no doubt for the chance to be an American citizen.

If a drunk driver swerves his car into a car carrying Mr. Carroll’s children and they all get killed including the drunk driver would he feel it to be meaningless for the drunk driver’s family to offer his family some sort of apology for the disaster? I mean the drunk driver is dead so can’t apologize; his kids are dead so they can’t accept it so to him it is a waste of time. Yet on a daily basis in some court here in America you have murderer after murderer who is apologizing for the murder of somebody or another. Then there are the people who are accepting of the apology, not the person however because they are no longer here. But, the apology still helps those left behind to begin healing from whatever mental anguish they have been and are suffering.

The extreme condescension of comparing slavery of ones ancestors to a famine is indescribable. People constantly want to make comparisons with regards to slavery. It is just another way of diminishing the act or trying to lessen its blow. It is like comparing starvation which lasts months until one dies to going without lunch for one day. How about I compare his family’s potato famine with the cold that I had last year which was pretty bad and I felt terrible for a week. I am sure he and certainly his ancestors would say that it was no comparison.

Now slavery was a LONG time ago I will grant you. But looking at the big picture what has been done to take the sting of it away from the minds of those that are here now. What has anyone done to make amends for this travesty of justice? What exactly did we get for our families suffering through slavery? We received the bonuses of lynching, Jim Crow, discrimination, racism, white privilege, deep resentment, out right hatred and ambivalence. Yet I am supposed to be thankful to have this legacy. Maybe we as blacks are thankful to be in the United States but the problem is that not only our ancestors had to pay a price; we are still paying a price with racism, injustice, discrimination and hypocrisy at every turn. So why don’t we start with a simple apology then move on to some real corrections and end white privilege, racism and try to make life fair to ALL races.

The Propaganda of A Ron Paul Supporter

templ5.jpg

I received a reply from a reader that it seems has a totally opposite view of things than myself. Instead of returning a reply I felt that this comment deserved its own post. The reply is from H.R. who seems to constantly have this totally condescending attitude when talking with me. I am not sure whether this is personal or just his arrogant egotistical attitude. He has referred to my mind as being a sad little tiny place, I am also brain damaged and intellectually crippled.

Instead of exchanging barbs I will try my best to get my point across to you as well as H.R., who starts us off with “Government is an agreement among free people. Do you get that? A set of rules agreed upon by a set of people. Not a separate entitiy from those people. It’s when you start thinking of government as some all powerful being that’s going to take care of you and fight your battles and right all wrongs that you set yourself up to be controlled.

YES, I understand the principle of government and who and what it is for. That was the point I was trying to make to H.R. in a previous reply. He previously said that “No, the system didn’t “encompass” slavery … Blacks weren’t defined as people protected under the system. In other words, it was a mistake of definition, not in the nature of the law. Think of it as a monopoly game. The rules are the same for everyone, but the hard fact is that you weren’t allowed to play for a while. Now you can play, but because you’re bitter about being excluded you wan’t the rules slanted in your favor ..” Now when I spoke to him previously I used the term system to mean government.

H.R. can’t sit and now claim that the system never encompassed slavery. If the “system” never encompassed slavery then exactly who did? The system DID encompass slavery as it was institutionalized which meant that the act was given authority and by who if not the system or government. Yet H.R. would like for us to believe that somehow slavery didn’t involve the system who were the government who were the people.

Back to his comment about government, the operative word in his definition is FREE. When the government or system was set up we were NOT a free people so therefore had no such agreement. Now that we are supposedly free, the SAME government that deemed us as NOT free has not changed, they are not some new entity who entered into a new agreement with us. So what does a people do when the system or government or those free individuals making agreements with the government is dominated by a race of people who one – don’t respect them, two – started out denying them and continue to do so and three – don’t protect or acknowledge their rights whatever you deem that to be.

You can’t, if you want to have principles, allow racial issues to influence your philosophy of government, any more than you can have special rules for short people, ugly people, people with IQs under 90, etc. At what point do you stop dividing people and taking from one group to make up ground for another group? It’s a slippery slope.

Racial issues are and will continue to dominate our country due to the unwillingness of the dominating populace to see the hypocrisy in its actions. One group gets special treatment, is and was allowed to take from the other for the entire duration of their relationship and NOW H.R. would like for us to stop dividing people. I don’t know where he is going with this. I would like to know at what point do we stop dividing people and how do we even the playing field after one group has and continues to benefit so heavily from the divisions they created.

You have no larger concept of government except that it was created by whites so it must be a plot to perpetuate white privilege … This is a truly ignorant stance. You know what else was created by whites??? Nearly every staple of your life. The computer you’re using, the light over your head, the internal combustion engine in the car you drive … Was all of this done to perpetuate white privilege? Please tell me.

The government being created by whites is not the problem. The government being created as a means to advance white people at the expense of all others IS. The only ignorant thing is that people can actually think that a system of government was enacted which encompassed the subjugation and slavery of another race is not inherently set up to perpetuate the ruling race’s status.

Thanks for the history lesson on inventions, but how about some of these. Pretty much every staple of YOUR life as well as mine has its roots in Africa. Africans pioneered mathematics, medical practices not rooted in myth or magic, metallurgy, building with brick and mortar, and astronomy. Now you thank an African American for open heart surgery, refrigeration for trucks also trains, gas masks, elevators, air conditioner, refrigerator, Cell phones, fire extinguishers and the computer system you use today with its working bus and peripheral capability. Are these plots by the black race to show that they are productive citizens and worthy of being equal?

These things were introduced as a matter of progress–as is the ever changing system of government in Western society. Political philosophers have never been preoccupied with race…. read what they have to say. Thomas Paine, who was responsible for inventing the American approach to government, was a destitute undergarment maker who came to America with nothing, never had much, and died with nothing. He was also outraged by slavery and was one of the first Americans to take a resolute stand against it.”
“The American system was a bold innovation, and was, and is, the fairest form of government to date … If you study history you’ll see that ours is the least prone to class distinctions and abuses of power; the germ of it was, as I’ve said, conceived of by a poor man who had been kept down and got the shit end of government his whole life. (I’m talking about the Constitutional Republic we’re supposed to have, not the quasi-socialism we have now.)

That is such a crock of bull! We have a system that says it is OK to discriminate, let people die as opposed to giving them healthcare, pay for war as opposed to caring for the children, sick and elderly. We are as corrupt as they come and are no better off than any socialist, communist or dictatorship. We are just bamboozled into thinking we are. We are NO more free, happy, healthy or rich. Again we are just bamboozled into thinking we have the best system on earth.

It’s pretty egocentric to assume that the framers of our government spent any time thinking of blacks …. The hard truth is that blacks were thought of as chattel; as property and nothing more. The system wasn’t designed to keep blacks down any more than it was designed to keep wagons or beasts of burden down

H.R. is abso-freakin-lutely right our grand old forefathers NEVER spent one second thinking about the black population. Because they DIDN’T MATTER! The system was designed to keep whites UP not blacks down, since they were already there. They had NO inclination that slavery would EVER end. So it wasn’t a matter of writing anything that had to take them into account. So, now how exactly was this government set up to give blacks the same rights as whites again?

So let’s be perfectly frank here, and tell me where I’ve got it wrong:
Blacks came literally out of the stone age into an intensely mechanized and complex civilization. They had not developed the wheel or a written language, and this was at the time that Newton was inventing modern physics, and even later, at the time that Edison was inventing the electric light, moving pictures, recorded sound for christ’s sake …. This was what, 2000 years (?) after practically every other racial group had conquered the seas, built ingenious sailing vessels and could navigate their ways around the world …

Is he joking! Blacks in Africa had the first Universities, even Plato had to go to Africa for a University education. We had the first medicine not rooted in magic. They were doing surgery with tools that those of today mimic. We had societies with government and rule of law. Africa had construction techniques such as brick and mortar, Metallurgy, irrigation, aqueducts and plumbing. We had civilizations so complex money was not even necessary not to mention thank them for the mathematics and writing utensils used today such as paper and pencils. There are tons of things coming from Africa yet I am sure that since he is coming from a white propaganda background he has yet to do any research in this area. He is not necessarily racist for this thinking just ignorant.

Please tell me, am I being a racist for pointing this out?

The point is, it’s totally intellectually irresponsible to say that blacks had it hard simply because whites have plotted to keep them down. You say the white race “did this to them” which is laughable …. First off, black chiefs were well involved in rounding up and selling other blacks. Secondly and most importantly, for whatever reason–and I’m not making any guesses, just dealing in the facts–black Africans had simply not advanced while most of the rest of the world was going forward at breakneck speed.”

It is irresponsible to say that blacks had it hard simply because whites have plotted to keep them down which is laughable. Of course blacks had it hard because whites were plotting to keep them down. If they didn’t plot against blacks then how does H.R. explain the KKK, Jim Crow, Slavery and all the persistent discrimination and racism that has continued even today? I totally agree that blacks were involved in the slave trade. Jews were involved in the holocaust, America trained Bin Laden and Al Qaeda to fight the Russians, so NOW WHAT? Are the Jews responsible for the holocaust, is America to blame for 9/11 and is this assertion supposed to make slavery OK now.

Black Africans were ruling Northern and Southern Africa which were going at breakneck speed living in civilized communities, writing history, building structures, cultivating crops and domesticating animals all the while the only thing stirring in Europe were drawing stick animals on cave walls. Does that sum up what I think of his guess?

H.R. definitely needs to take a course on African studies before you begin your little guessing game. It is pretty ignorant to make assumptions that blacks i.e. Africans are so pitiful and backwards. Yes the African continent has been trashed and usurped by many violent outside forces like the French, Dutch and British. If anything the problem Africa had is that it wasn’t VIOLENT enough to get rid of these people before they did so much damage. Now they are a group of fledgling nations trying to start again with all that they were wiped away by years of subjugate outside rule. Yes they have problems but, these nations are mere babies and will need to figure out what they are doing again.

Just being perfectly realistic, do you think Westerners could confront men of any color who did not have the wheel, a written language, clothes, etc., who could only make simple stone tools–and say “these men are my equals?

Answer that for me.

The answer to this is that H.R. definitely needs to take a few African history classes. The wheel was invented in Africa. He is so pompous about the white race or the western culture he belongs to that he actually think that everything was made by the western world. While the western world was making stone tools Africans were making tools and medical equipment from metal. Also they made scalpels and other cutting devices out of obsidian which western doctors are reverting back to. They were making replicas, jewelry and tools out of gold and mining diamonds and other stones.

And if clothes are the key to being civilized; then maybe the horrible monsters that enslaved a nation of people were just wearing the wrong things. So I am sure that with all the advances that the civilized African man had over the westerners did not cause them to see them as less than equals. But then again, the Africans didn’t attack nor try to enslave the Europeans when they met them, I am sure they were treated well just like the natives treated them when they landed in America.

Yet I am sure that none of that made any difference to H.R. as he is too far gone down the road of racist propaganda that he obviously has no interest in what really went on in Africa before the meddling of others. Africans were not these pathetic no bodies that he would like to paint them out to be. Racists usually can’t get their heads around the fact that all life originated in Africa and that the first civilized societies, with a lot of the modern day inventions that one likes to attribute to the western world.

On the whole, you need to recognize historical realities, and recognize that there’s a larger pattern of events. You’re a pretty severe racist because you’ve been duped into believing that everyone hates you because you’re black, and that everything’s a plot against you, and that history proves this. History actually proves nothing of the sort–only that your racial group was at an extraordinary disadvantage and suffered for it.

The thing that I and hopefully the other readers will recognize is that H.R. demonstrates the basic thinking of a racist who denies being one. He constantly alludes to the fact that Africans and their American counterparts are looked at as less than whites for all types of propaganda laden reasons. When H.R. says I’ve been duped I wonder if he means duped by me looking at the slavery, the systematic racism, the discrimination, the killings by lynching, police abuse, deaths, hypocritical justice system, wage discrepancies and the blatant disregard of ALL things that blacks or Africans have ever done, discovered or ever accomplished. Then yes by all means I have been duped.

“I’m sure when you come to terms with this and can separate petty emotions from your contemplation of government, you’ll arrive at some sensible conclusions.

Thanks for the discussion. I’ll look forward to your response.

It is easy to see that the ONLY conclusion that I could come to that would make any sense to H.R. would be to whatever he would and become a sheeple just like him and those like him. Unfortunately I can’t and won’t buy into H.R.’s propaganda and nonsensical thoughts on things. Yet I will let all of you the readers come to your own conclusion on this guy.

Ron Paul – Racist Babble or Forward Thinking?

ronpaul2a.jpg

Neither Ron Paul nor his supporters surprise me with the plethora of racially motivated speech that they babble. I recently did a post on the blatant racist nature of what Ron Paul stands for and what I got for that was a gaggle of racist Paul supporters who have nothing but racist rhetoric to spew much like their candidate.

I had one person who seemed to think that for a black not to not vote for Ron Paul would be for us to doom our brothers to stay in prison for drug crimes. Since supposedly Ron Paul would like to end the war on drugs and thus this somehow equates to blacks being let out of prison in droves. Now what makes this fool think that the black community wants to have criminals running free just because they are black? What about the whites who are in prison for drug crime are they going free as well, and is this the goal of the white community? So why should it be of such importance to the blacks?

Here are some other comments from Ron Paul showing his unending support for the black community. And I would hope that all Ron supporters who claim that he is FOR the black community would wake up and explain how these comments help us. And for that they can explain how these comments are not just more racist rhetoric that is constantly being hurled at us. Ron Paul is nothing more than a simple minded racist who is trying to play both sides of the fence. He is staying true to his racist brethren while blatantly trying his best to get a foot hold with black supporters who are woefully uneducated to the statements and real agenda of this man and his supporters.

Regardless of what the media tell us, most white Americans are not going to believe that they are at fault for what blacks have done to cities across America. The professional blacks may have cowed the elites, but good sense survives at the grass roots. Many more are going to have difficultly avoiding the belief that our country is being destroyed by a group of actual and potential terrorists — and they can be identified by the color of their skin. This conclusion may not be entirely fair, but it is, for many, entirely unavoidable.

Indeed, it is shocking to consider the uniformity of opinion among blacks in this country. Opinion polls consistently show that only about 5% of blacks have sensible political opinions, i.e. support the free market, individual liberty, and the end of welfare and affirmative action…. Given the inefficiencies of what D.C. laughingly calls the “criminal justice system,” I think we can safely assume that 95% of the black males in that city are semi-criminal or entirely criminal.

If similar in-depth studies were conducted in other major cities, who doubts that similar results would be produced? We are constantly told that it is evil to be afraid of black men, but it is hardly irrational. Black men commit murders, rapes, robberies, muggings, and burglaries all out of proportion to their numbers.

Perhaps the L.A. experience should not be surprising. The riots, burning, looting, and murders are only a continuation of 30 years of racial politics. The looting in L.A. was the welfare state without the voting booth. The elite have sent one message to black America for 30 years: you are entitled to something for nothing. That’s what blacks got on the streets of L.A. for three days in April. Only they didn’t ask their Congressmen to arrange the transfer.

This entire spill was taken from the Daily Kos. I am only interested in finding out how with such statements this man could possibly be capable of doing good things to end the racial problems in America. He seems more adept at adding to the racial tensions by the use of his racial rhetoric than any thing else. Is this more racist babble or the forward thinking that most of his supporters keep speaking of. To me it sounds more like the speech of past and present racists. If any supporters would like to comment to these blatant racist statements please stay on topic as this Blog is not an open forum for hate speech.
