Teacher Gets Head Start On Sextra Credit This Year

panzo.jpg

I was railroaded ya’ see, is what a Los Angeles teacher said in court after she was sentenced to house arrest and community service for her guilty plea for unlawful sex with a special education student a couple of days ago. She is just another in a long string of teachers who are abusing their power and taking advantage of these young male students. On CBS Dr. Julia Hislop, a clinical psychologist and author of the book “Female Sex Offenders” says that hat there probably aren’t more cases of teacher-student sex of this type these days than there used to be; it’s more likely that there are just more being reported. The reporter asked “why are women finding themselves in these types of relationships?” “One of the more common findings,” Hislop explains, “is that they tend to have fairly severe sexual abuse histories themselves. That won’t be the case with every woman, but (it’s) a fairly common finding. They also tend to have mental health difficulties, not generally severe mental illnesses, but things along the lines of depression, anxiety, sometimes drug or alcohol problems or personality problems.

If what Dr. Hislop is saying is true then we have a serious problem and need to understand why these types of sick individuals are being allowed to have any contact with our children. A lot of the women who are not suffering from mental abnormalities is just irresponsible and we need to end this double standard for that of men vs. women teachers who offend our children. The damage is no less and yes some of the boys consent but so do some of the girls. As a few of the boys have actually married the offenders some of the girls have married their offenders. What I do see in a lot of these cases is the offender saying they were mentally ill when they were doing the dirty deed, yet when they are caught on tape, we see the letters, or we listen to the messages they left the students they are saying things such as we have to be careful or no one can know or I’d be in big trouble, etc. Now this tells me they were well aware of the fact it was wrong, so all of these claims are just ways to skirt the law.

Now back to the Miami teacher, her name is Jean Panzo-Montalbano, 54, who agreed that she had engaged in repeated sex with the 16 year old student and she became an unhealthy distraction for him at a time when he was struggling in school. What really makes this lady a special case is that while supposedly apologizing for her crime she rants about why we shouldn’t feel sorry for the kid and she was railroaded into a plea etc. No matter that she was charged with six felony counts of unlawful sex with a minor and one count of oral copulation of a person under 18. She actually pleaded guilty to one count of unlawful sex with a minor in exchange for a sentence of three years probation, plus 45 days of house arrest and 800 hours of community service, she was also ordered to stay away from the minor and pay him restitution. Then at sentencing she stated that “I’m guilty in a way that, as an adult, I should have not let this kid get into my head,” she told the Press-Telegram. “It’s like a little kid. If you don’t keep them occupied, they’ll find a toy instead.” Then goes on to say “I was that toy for that kid.”

According to an interview with her she has since begun to focus a lot of her attention to the flaws within the special education program that employed her which was part of the Los Angeles County Office of Education, which has since terminated her from the job. For example, she said the class catered largely to emotionally disabled kids, and created a lax environment where children were allowed to be overtly sexual and aggressive in the classroom. She then describes the victim as someone other than a “little special ed boy” and the situation as something other than rape. She said “He’s 6-foot-3 and weighs 300 pounds.” “Why would I, at 53, after working 22 years with the same type of children, risk everything I have?” She also said that he initiated the relationship by telling her that he has had a crush on her for the past three years. Known as “Miss Jeanie” by her students, she said that she laughed at the idea at first and told him, “It will pass.” She said that it didn’t pass and he got possessive then even abusive towards her claiming that she only had sex with him about 3 times.

She said that she felt that the “very, very, very, low performing student” had the ability to do better and become a “productive member of the workforce,” even stating that “he looked like my ex-husband.” Sandi Gibbons, a spokeswoman for the Los Angeles County district attorney’s office, said her office “does not approve of re-victimizing victims.” “The defendant pleaded guilty in this case,” Gibbons said. “That’s self-explanatory. She can rationalize it any way she wants.” This lady is a character, not only does she victimize a boy who claims he was afraid and had sex with her to avoid trouble. She then blames him for the whole affair even after he taped her where she agreed to the illegal behavior but the call also makes his story look true and her story just something to make her not look “so” bad.

She complained that she was illegally wiretapped by the boy, and asks what about that. Well I am sure the district attorney thought that the crime she did was far more damaging than that of a kid who was trying to get out of a bad situation by getting the proof needed in order to make people believe his story. She should be in prison deal or no deal. Her irresponsibility knows no ends, so much that she is defending her actions and pointing the finger at the school for lax rules and the boy for being large for his age and supposedly wanting her. Wow, what ever happened to I’m the adult and this is wrong, then having a talk with the principal and parents, I guess she doesn’t have to adhere to those types of standards.

Color Me Bad

african_american_execution.gif

Some things just force the anger inside a sister to start rising to the point of an explosion of angry words. I was reading the Booker Rising Blog when they led me to the posting on another stupid site called TownHall.com and a Pat Buchanan article titled “The Color of Crime” . I don’t usually get so riled up, ok maybe I do, but this topic is really getting on my nerves, since blacks are just as bad as whites are when it comes down to it. The issue is Black on Black crime stats. I don’t have a problem with us looking at crime in our own community and wanting it to stop, but we need to put some things into perspective. Is Black on Black crime worse than that of any other community, the answer is a resounding NO.

I know that most of you reading this right now are probably shaking your heads and sighing, laughing or whatever. But, the truth of the matter is that White on White crime looked at by itself is just as or a bigger problem than the latter. If you would like to see the “real” numbers check them out here on Brotherpeacemaker’s Blog post titled “Raw Numbers Don’t Lie” . Or his other post “White On White Crime” . Here you will find all sorts of interesting tidbits on crime statistics. I don’t have a problem with the fact that we all want the killing of our brothers and sisters to stop, which is a worthy cause. But on the TownHall.com people are taking what Buchanan has to say and equating it to this whole “Blacks are a violent bunch, no matter what history says etc.” Now this is where I take issue, because Blacks are not violent by nature, nurture or any other psycho-babble term.

Pat Buchanan in his post basically wants to know why people are always talking about Black on Black crime, and wants to know, what about Black on White crime statistics. In fact I almost agree with him, except I want to see the stats for White on White crime plastered on the news each and every time a white person commits a crime. Then maybe things would be put into better perspective for us all. Now Pat showed his true colors and said things such as “A message the Post will not report. The real repository of racism in America — manifest in violent interracial assault, rape and murder — is to be found not in the white community, but the African-American community. In almost all interracial attacks, whites are the victims, not the victimizers.” Come on Pat, do you really think so?

Then after this types of ranting the other racist but I’m not racist came out of the woodwork to agree whole heartedly with Buchanan. These are the folks that I take issue with. A person named Gabby writes “Scary stuff. Why do white elite liberals not report about the embarrassing stats of assault on whites by blacks? Because they (the white elites) are racists on behalf of blacks and self-loathing. And Buchanan is correct, the real racism is by blacks against whites as seen by the crime stats. Now we invite another non-white group to this country (swarms of Hispanics) who currently have a rate of violent crime three times that of whites. And it is probably higher because the government cheats and lumps many Hispanic crimes in with white crime stats. Like I say folks, our leaders are trying to annihilate us. It is democratic genocide. Our leaders are fermenting civil war.”

Oh Gabby, White people commit the largest number of crimes, yet because we don’t have to sit and hear about it each and every time it happens people think it isn’t a problem. One thing that I have always wanted to tell these people when they say that Blacks commit 99% of all crimes is, if that were true, shouldn’t towns with 0 Black people be crime free. I mean Idaho has a lot of crime as well as Utah, Maine and any other place that is predominantly white. So what accounts for these statistics in those States whose cities are devoid of Blacks? Yes we have a problem with crime in our community, but so does every other race of people. I hope that this will help us see that crime is NOT synonymous with Black. People on this site were stating things such as “Briefly: the smarter you are the better behaved and less destructive of yourself and others you are. Jews and Orientals are the most law-abiding, followed by whites, Latinos and blacks– all in line with IQ.” Now is this “REALLY” true. Because it seems to me that looking at past to present Whites ARE the more violent people.

Let’s look at how these higher IQ’d Whites left their mark on the world. Did Blacks nearly annihilate the Native American’s by random killing and giving them Small Pox laden blankets? Anthrax through the mail wasn’t a Black man, nuh uh. In fact who invented chemical, and germ warfare? How about enslave a nation of people for centuries all the while beating, maiming, raping and killing them? Now I know there was slavery in Africa but at least the people knew that when the service was done which was in “their” lifetime they could marry into the tribe, amongst other ways to end it. Do you think the millions of people who lost their total life savings to Enron, WorldCom, the Savings & Loans scandals, Michael Milkin and the Junk Bond folks think “Damn those Black fools for stealing my money.” Has anyone ever grouped the term Serial Killer with Black people? How about the original American Gangs, maybe instead of showing Black gangs they should just show the KKK since they were the first, NO second gang on American soil, first going straight to that of the folks on the Mayflower. When you hear that another female teacher raped a young boy, does your mind go to “those Black teachers, I’m sure it doesn’t? Gee, how about crimes such as killing or trying to kill the president, has that ever been a Black, uh nope. How many Blacks have been able to do a crime then blame it on a fictional White person? Such as the opposite with your Susan Smith, Scottsboro boys, Charles Stuart, Jesse Anderson, Robert Harris, and Jennifer Wilbanks (this was the fictional Hispanic male but hey) and the list goes on.

Did Blacks hang and burn thousands of White men just for being White? Did a Black man just commit treason on his country and get no punishment. Are Black children running to school with guns and mowing down their classmates and teachers indiscriminately? So that when you hear a school shooting happened, you think of some crazy Black youth, nope. Has a Black person ever tried to start a war with another nation? You can name any war through the Iraq war and the answer is NO. How many things have Blacks blown up with bombs, such as the Oklahoma Federal building, the Olympics bombing in Atlanta, Black churches, a gaggle of abortion clinics the Unabomber, and how about those atomic bombs? How many times has a Black person bilked countries out of all their money? How about going into a country that is extremely poor and privatizing the rain water like in Bolivia and now in Asia; how about privatizing the salt that washes up on the beach, like in India sparking a hunger strike from Gandhi. That list goes on and on right there, just look up privatization to see those criminals. How many Blacks participated in the Holocaust? I guess Blacks started apartheid in South Africa and sailed boats to New Zealand and Australia and started subjugating their inhabitants as well.

How many Blacks went to all White towns and killed all the people because the town was too prosperous, like the Whites have done to towns such as Rosewood and others. How many Black doctors played god with White lives by knowingly allowing them to remain sick with disease just to see how it ravages the body such as the way White doctors did in the Tuskegee experiment. Or did any Black doctors sterilize White women in the hopes of ending the White race as the White doctors did in Harlem clinics. Have Blacks ever stopped a group of people from voting, coming into restaurants, drinking from water fountains or attending school, how about just the right to read? How many members of the mafia is Black, none right. The wild, wild, west wasn’t named that because of the wild out of control Black men. How many Black men were pirates, Vikings, Crusaders and in the Inquisition? And where is Jimmy Hoffa anyway?

Wow, these are a lot of crimes really large ones that Blacks didn’t have anything to do with. We take drugs yet don’t own any planes to fly them in to the country. Nor do we have access to Glaxo Smith Klein or Pfizer’s inner halls or better yet there isn’t any drug companies named Jerome Malik Devonte etc. having their pharmaceuticals turned into street drugs. We have liquor stores on every corner in the Black community yet not one liquor manufacturer is Black. We are killing each other with guns and I am sure the name is Smith and Wesson not Tyrone and Shaniqua guns. I have been thinking about the fact that Whites have really gotten over this time. It takes some serious skill to have a whole entire nation of people looking at one race while the other gets a free pass from the news to do whatever. Let’s end violence in our community but never forget that Raw Numbers Don’t lie because White on White crime shows that we are NOT the most violent individuals in this country and don’t keep believing the hyped up propaganda.

The New Slave Trade Alive In New Orlean’s

chaingang.jpg

Rosetta James cries for her son 29 year old Glenn Thomas, who died in the Orleans Parish Prison. Unfortunately, none of the Prison authorities, the Sheriff’s office nor City or State Officials notified her of this. She had to be told by a family friend who received a call from their loved one who was in the jail with Glenn. Rosetta angrily went to the prison on July 4th for information, she was told that her son who had absolutely no known medical problems, died the night before of “natural causes”, and that if she wanted she could call back in a month to get an official report.

Glenn Thomas died while awaiting his day in court; he was picked up on a warrant for failure to appear in court for simple drug possession. The unfortunate part happens to be, that on his stated court date the city of New Orleans was uninhabitable and people were being kept from entering in this part of the city. So, if no one can enter, then how was the court date still in effect? He sat in jail for one year awaiting his trial date but never made it. Criminal Sheriff Marlin Gusman’s public information officer, Renee Lapeyrolerie, said they couldn’t provide details about Thomas’s death but said, “Well, in his criminal history he had a lot of drug arrests. Those things can be linked to health problems.”

This is the third such “natural cause” death there this year, and they just don’t know how any of these deaths occurred. Sheriff Gusman blames anything that goes on in the jail as “the prisoners own fault or not enough money”. We know that he didn’t commit suicide, and money isn’t the problem as the jail receives a per diem amount and 3.2 million dollars per year intended for medical expenses towards the inmates’ wellbeing. In his 2007 budget request to the City Council, Gusman asked for an additional $5 million for medical services, a request that was granted. People are speculating that the Sheriff would like to get the numbers inhabiting his prison back to the pre-Katrina amount, stating that they are pretty sure they know exactly “who” will be the inhabitants.

Sheriff Gusman has made sure that the city’s trail to revitalization will be paved by his inmates–literally. According to the Nation, “since Katrina, Gusman has used his Community Service Program and Neighborhood Response Team to deliver cheap labor for reconstruction projects. His office’s website features photos of inmates in orange jumpers and sweatshirts emblazoned with Sheriff Gusman Community Service Program next to road signs announcing, Project Clean-Up, Inmates Working.” According to the Nation, in its first session back after Katrina the legislature amended a law regulating parish jail labor in order to grant immunity to prison authorities “for injuries or damages caused or suffered by prisoners participating in any work program during incarceration at parish jail facilities.” When asked, a legislative staffer about the origins of the post-Katrina amendment, she said, “I believe it was because there was a labor shortage.”

This is pretty much the way things were about a century ago. The Antebellum city records refer to what is now the Orleans Parish Prison as the “Workhouse”. Also along with those arrested for crime, the jail was a storehouse for slaves whose masters chose to lease them to the Workhouse. The same archives also disclose that Blacks were sent to the Workhouse for “claiming to be free”: In the space where the master’s name was usually recorded, these inmates were referred to as “so-called free.” After the 1863 Emancipation Proclamation, Blacks arrested in New Orleans for black-code crimes such as vagrancy and unemployment were taken to the parish Workhouse. During Reconstruction, the incarcerated former slaves provided a stable pool of forced labor for railroad companies, agriculture and industry.

Lieutenant Eric Donnelly, director of the sheriff’s work-release program told a local business paper that the program played such a vital role in re-starting the city’s economic engine. “As soon as the hurricane ended and we got a new phone, it was ringing off the hook from employers saying they needed their inmates,” Donnelly said. “So as soon as we were getting them back in we had [employers] coming to pick them up themselves. That’s how much they rely on this program.” These employers might as well be calling looking for their “Slaves”. But, obviously to New Orlean’s as well as the rest of the nation, it doesn’t matter as long as those bad, bad black people are off the streets, whether that be dead from god only knows what in an overcrowded prison yet to even face charges, or worked like a slave just as their ancestors had, by a chain gang happy Sheriff.

Blacks Fall Through The Foster Care Cracks More Often

blackfamily.gif

Even though children suffer from abuse and neglect equally regardless of race the amount of black children who enter foster care never to be reunited with family nor find permanent homes is much higher than that of white families. Should anyone be surprised by this, of course not, it is the same phenomenon that puts ten times more black men and women in prisons than their white counterparts; which is to break up the black family unit. But I guess we can’t complain too much since not enough of us are standing by to help these families regroup, nor are we becoming the foster parents that we should.

According to the Washington Times, in its report on “African American Children in Foster Care,” the GAO said that in 2004, black children accounted for 162,911, or 34 percent, of the 482,541 children in state care. This is double the proportion of black children in the general child population, the GAO said.

To explain this “racial disproportionality,” the GAO checked to see whether there was more abuse and neglect in black families, but the federal National Incidence Study of Child Abuse and Neglect showed that children of all races and ethnicities are equally likely to be abused or neglected. So unfortunately there is no excuse.

The GAO has admitted that there “may” be some bias in due to poverty and race. The question the GAO needs to answer is not why so many black children enter the system; it should be why they aren’t working as hard to get the black families back together like they obviously do for the white families. They are also claiming that the children were placed with relatives of the child’s for foster care. That these families were refusing to adopt the kids or become permanent guardians because, “these people didn’t want to give up the kinship care subsidy. So basically they are saying that they couldn’t help these children and families because of money hungry relatives. So they are now saying that this subsidized guardianship will help them “move” black kids from foster care, because these black families won’t have to forfeit any of the stipend money.

So instead of focusing on the problem that gets black children into the system to system in the first place, lets focus on some negative aspect of the foster “families” and run with that to solve things. Let’s focus on fixing the problems in the black community such as lack of employment, low income, inadequate education, housing and crime which is generally the root of these very same problems. If we were to expend this wasted energy being put into trying to find ways to keep black kids IN foster care, and use it on the things listed above, very small amounts of black children would be in need of foster care. Why not discontinue placing band-aids over deep gashes and actually repair them like we would if those gashes were slashed into the body of a white child.

Illegal Immigrants Causing Outrage

compass.jpg

I just have to weigh in on illegal immigration, because it is and already has been a topic that brings about such outrage. I want to look at how these illegal immigrants are coming here bringing crime, racism, disharmony with the natural rhythm of people and things in this land. Some consider them a cancer upon the very land we stand and some see them as just a new face to help cultivate more diversity.

By the boatload is how they seem to arrive into the country, not just one or two, but whole families looking for a way out of a bad situation in their homeland. Once they get here they settle into their own little communities and refuse to speak the language of the land actually setting up government in their own image with officials who cater to their wants and needs also speaking their preferred language. If you go into these communities they expect you to speak their language and submit to the customs that they brought here with them.

The crime rate has skyrocketed with their arrival, rapes, kidnappings and even worse terrorist murders. They bring weapons and different types of contraband that is not tolerated in our society. The areas where they seem to be landing are dangerous to say the least. They kill and or injure the people we send there to patrol the area. Then actually complain within their little communities that we are the bad guys, the ones to be feared, constantly complaining about our efforts to secure our borders and ourselves.

Unable to care for themselves they take advantage of all of the resources used to help our own, such as food, housing, heating and education. The strain on resources is astronomical since they take but do little to contribute completely to our society while turning around and bringing even more of their family and friends further increasing this strain. Undercutting our ability to make a decent living is causing the living standards of our community to start to decline, which eventually has lead to the decline of our infrastructure.

Unfortunately they also bring in diseases that kill a large portion of our communities. In fact some of the diseases were given to our number as a means to hurt us. With the disease levels raising it is becoming more of a strain on our society to try and remedy this as a shortcoming of health professionals is a problem. Also being consumed by materialism they are taking our goods and services without repayment which is largely responsible for a down shift in values.

The strain on the land is also a problem. The illegal immigrants are sullying the environment with toxicities due to their inability to adapt quickly which causes them to live in conditions that prevent them from keeping the area clean of refuse. Sometimes it just seems that they do very little for the environment acting as if they don’t care at all, when nature is such a large part of our heritage.

We have members of our own communities who are helping these people to move into our society, trying to show them how to adapt quicker. This practice has been outlawed but due to their sympathetic eyes they don’t see a problem with giving them food, water, shelter and passage into the area. It is a great debate about what should be done to quail these human smugglers. These so called humanitarians are considered to be contributing to the downfall of our society.

These humanitarians listen to these illegal people’s sad stories of misconduct and persecution by their own government and feel sorry for them. They tell of their religious nature and how they only intend to share this country with us and those like us. They also told how they feel they should be allowed to make their way to the opposite coast, which was what they called manifest destiny as they said it gave them the right to take whatever they felt they needed. This happened to be our land, our resources and our very lives. But, no one cares about this illegal immigration because without it the people in the majority in this land wouldn’t be who they are today. The past is the past right, we can’t do anything about what happened back then, we just need to stop the new illegal immigrants from doing to us what we did to the original land owners. This sounds like a racist rant, yet these are the very arguments people are using to get others to join in on hating Hispanics.

Let me be the judge

courtscene3pics.gif

I’m sure by now you’ve all seen or heard of one of daytime televisions staple the court room show. You name them, Texas Justice, The People’s Court, Judges Christina, Alex, Mathis or Joe Brown, and one of my most hated Judge Judy. These shows usually pit two idiots in a court room being presided over by an ex-judge who has whatever extra spark that makes them perfectly suitable for daytime drama. The one thing that all of these judges have in common is their undoubtedly uncanny ability to yell, insult and belittle their perspective idiot claimants or defendants unmercifully. At times you can be sure that the justice both idiots are searching for will not be found in any of these courtrooms.

Forgive me if you think that I hate courtroom television shows, I don’t. I had (noticed the past tense) come to love the People’s Court. I couldn’t get enough of it, setting my DVR to record it daily so I wouldn’t miss a thing. My boyfriend mind you can’t even stand one minute of hearing Judge Milians’ voice and runs from the room the minute he sees me gearing up to watch the show. I even have an autographed picture from the judge. But, as of late I have been having a serious problem getting through a show without being disgusted and fast forwarding through certain rants the judge has been making. Some of the things have been said in a way that feels really racial and caused me extreme anger.

I don’t say this lightly, as I was a huge fan but, as I take a step back it’s as if no matter what evidence a person of color produces it’s almost irrelevant…you lose! I once saw Judge Judy in which a black man had accused a white man of stealing his money; but before the presentation of any evidence she called the guy an out and out liar amongst other things, yelling it with such venom. The white man denied it all, in which she said that the black man was so ridiculous. Needless to say the black guy produced a video tape showing the white guy in full view stealing the money. She did not offer an apology nor did she take back any of the bad things she said. She just commented on how he should have produced the tape sooner. I feel a Geico moment here: “I’m sorry, if I had known you were there, I wouldn’t have said that.” But hey, he was no caveman just a black one so he didn’t even deserve that.

These shows are fodder for the masses of mindless drones just wanting to see the next verbal beat down in a Jerry Springer meets Court TV fashion. But, anything that makes the mind go blank in an attempt to block out the real issues of the day, this is a double bonus if you include a bit of minority bashing as well. Maybe I should not be so concerned with the treatment of minorities on these shows about truth and justice seeing as there is no truth and certainly no justice for most minorities in our legal system and these shows just want to reflect the position of America.

More Female Teacher’s Handing Out Sextra Credit

070813_jennifer_rice.jpg

Here we go again, another young white teacher that sexed up her young student. Jennifer Rice, 31, was arrested Saturday and booked into the Pierce County Jail in Tacoma Washington, which is about 34 miles from Mary Kay LeTourneau and her 14 year old lover from Seattle Washington, for investigation of kidnapping, five counts of first-degree child rape, and four counts of child molestation.

The victim was a 10 year old boy who Ms. Rice was asked to stop seeing by his parents. She had been taking the boy to the movies and having online chats with him when his parents became concerned and asked her to stay away. Then the parents awoke to find that their son was missing from his room his bed had been made to look like he was sleeping. “So sometime during the early morning hours, he disappeared from the house,” Fulghum said. According to court documents, Rice told detectives that she picked the boy up, took him out to breakfast and took him to a waterfall. She said she planned to take him to Idaho, yet after the police called her the boy asked to be left at his uncle’s house in Puyallup Washington and he would make up some story about having walked there.

According to Investigators, Rice admitted that she raped the boy at a rest stop in Ellensburg before driving him back, and court documents indicate that the two had intercourse several times on previous occasions, including once in the boy’s home. The Tacoma School District said, Rice taught at McKinley from October 2006 to April 20, 2007. At that time she was placed on administrative leave while the district conducted an investigation to determine whether she was socializing with her students after school.

There is no excuse for these people; they are in charge of teaching and above all protecting our children. Yet there is an abundance of them who are shirking their duties and becoming the ultimate predators, because our children HAVE to go to them for hours each and every weekday. This is a scary fact that our children are now being taught by a gaggle of pedophiles.

When are we going to start hearing about the “white teacher on child crime” statistics? Because it seems to me that this is out of control. I don’t know how I am supposed to look at my son’s teachers (white females) with any trust. My son might not be safe. Maybe we need a taskforce to start trying to combat this crime or just the way they want to sue gang members and give three strikes and you’ve got life laws, maybe we should be suing and giving teachers who sex down children three strikes and its life as well. Because all of these teachers have admitted to having sex with these students more than three and sometimes up to dozens of times. Also, they seem to go to jail get out and continue sexing the same kid or worse yet give birth to their children. Some of these women are guilty of sexing down girls as well, is anyone safe. Following is a list from MoJunk listing just some of these white female teacher pedophiles. This is not a complete list, but who knows how many of these sickos are out there teaching god knows what to our kids.

The Negro Project Part 1

grim-reaper.jpg

Birth control and abortion are some of the hottest debates in this country and have been for a long time. But what, if anything, do we blacks know about the supposed humble beginnings of this revolution that has pitted right and left wingers on opposite ends of the debate? Margaret Sanger has been coined as the mother of birth control, abortion and also of Planned Parenthood. To a lot of people she was a godsend, someone who gave women control over their bodies during the time of suffrage and one of Time magazine’s hundred most important people of the 20th century. To some she is a monster bringing about the death of so many innocent fetuses. So what about the black community, where do you and I stand on these issues, but more importantly on the founder of these debates?

According to whom you speak to these days you will hear a plethora of information about Margaret Sanger. But the one story that most don’t want to speak about her is the fact that she was proposing birth control etc. because she felt that certain people shouldn’t be allowed to continue breeding. Taken from the website BlackGenocide, Sanger said “Our failure to segregate morons who are increasing and multiplying… demonstrates our foolhardy and extravagant sentimentalism.” She wrote in the recently republished “The Pivot of Civilization.” This book, written in 1922, was published at a time when scientific racism had been used to assert black inferiority. So who determines who is a moron? And better yet how would these morons be segregated? She was on record stating that sterilization or birth prevention was necessary for those that she felt were unfit stating “it is a vicious cycle; ignorance breeds poverty and poverty breeds ignorance. There is only one cure for both, and that is to stop breeding these things. Stop bringing to birth, children whose inheritance cannot be one of health or intelligence. Stop bringing into the world children whose parents cannot provide for them.”

She was also reported to have been a believer in the eugenics project. Eugenicists believe that civilization can be enhanced through selective breeding. From its inception eugenics was supported by prominent people, including Alexander Graham Bell, George Bernard Shaw, Winston Churchill, Adolf Hitler and of course Margaret Sanger. Eugenics became an academic discipline at many colleges and universities. Funding was provided by prestigious sources such as the Rockefeller Foundation, the Carnegie Institute of Washington, and the Harriman family (taken from Wikipedia). Having these beliefs she stated that: “inferior races were human weeds and a menace to civilization.”

Ms. Sanger died in 1966 but she did get her wish of having her creation Planned Parenthood seen as a liberal helper to the black community. People who undoubtedly find her a heroine of modern day women’s rights will charge that she was not involved with the eugenics movement. But not only did she never refute them she made remarks that would classify her as a racist in her own right. Also, her publication called The Birth Control Review founded in 1917 published pro-eugenics articles by known eugenicists such as Ernst Rudin on a regular basis. The eugenics movement was all about improving the hereditary qualities of a race or breed by controlling mating in order to eliminate “undesirable” characteristics and promote “desirable” traits. Also espousing that “all children born, beyond what would be required to keep up the population to a desired level, must necessarily perish, unless room is made for them by the deaths of grown persons. We should facilitate, instead of foolishly and vainly endeavoring to impede, the operations of nature in producing this mortality” according to An Essay on the Principle of Population, published in six editions from 1798 to 1826 by Thomas Robert Malthus, The principal of Malthus Eugenics.

Sanger gave this address called “A Plan for Peace,” before the New History Society on January 17, 1932, in New York City Margaret Sanger, as printed in the “The Birth Control Review, April 1932, 107.” Sanger suggested Congress set up a special department to study population problems and appoint a “Parliament of Population.” One of the main objectives of the “Population Congress” would be “to raise the level and increase the general intelligence of population.” This would be accomplished by applying a “stern and rigid policy of sterilization and segregation [in addition to tightening immigration laws] to that grade of population whose progeny is already tainted, or whose inheritance is such that objectionable traits may be transmitted to offspring.” It’s reasonable to conclude that as the leader of Planned Parenthood – even after 1929 – Sanger would not allow publication of ideas she didn’t support. Sanger’s defenders argue she only wanted to educate blacks about birth control’s “health benefits.” However, she counted the very people she wanted to “educate” among the “unfit,” whose numbers needed to be restricted.

Grant presents other arguments Sanger’s supporters use to refute her racist roots:

Blacks, Jews, Hispanics and other minorities are well represented in the “upper echelons” of Planned Parenthood Federation of America;

The former, high-profile president of the organization, Faye Wattleton, is a black woman;

“Aggressive” minority hiring practices have been standard procedure for more than two decades;

The “vast majority of the nation’s ethnic leadership solidly and actively supports the work” of the organization.

(From the Negro Project found on CWA)

Writer Walter A. Terpenning, another eugenicist, wrote an article for The Birth Control Review, June 1932, where he described bringing a black child into a hostile world as “pathetic.” In his article “God’s Chillun,” he wrote:

The birth of a colored child, even to parents who can give it adequate support, is pathetic in view of the unchristian and undemocratic treatment likely to be accorded it at the hands of a predominantly white community, and the denial of choice in propagation to this unfortunate class is nothing less than barbarous.

I will leave off on that little tidbit of repugnant thinking. This is just the tip of the iceberg with Margaret Sanger and the eugenicists that I just have to write more about. Let me just say that I am not opposed to birth control or abortion in anyway. But the origins of the two sure make you think about some things. I will be writing another article to continue the mad thinking of this founder of Planned Parenthood and her Eugenics friends, since there are a number of books that have come out in the last ten years that seems to have revived some of the eugenic thinking.

Racism In Our Language

racist-talk.jpg

I was extremely tired last night after putting the baby to bed and had a bunch of trouble getting started writing something for the Blog. I finally resorted to just surfing the web and letting my day drain from my mind when I came across a study called “Racism exists in our language”, you can read it in its entirety on Black Rising. The professor was talking about how rhetoric in how we speak changes perceptions. The professor named Victor Villanueva, said “Racism still exists, and “we have to look at [it] as a large systematic force that is still at work, It does us no good to deny its existence.” Now this is exactly what people need to start listening to.

Racism exists in our everyday life, people just have an acceptance which has been allowed to take place because we have individual people saying “I’m not racist” and so there really isn’t a problem. But there is a problem people, there is. Villanueva says “The new racism embeds racism within a set of other categories – language, religion, culture, and people have seen this new racism with Hurricane Katrina, yet they dismiss it and quickly forget about it. America resides in short-term memory.” The black community’s collective memory might be even shorter than that of the nation as a whole. We spend too much of our time worrying about what the black person did to get the malicious treatment delivered by the white community. We totally forget the actual act there for concentrating completely on the internal community feud thus never getting around to actually doing anything to combat such nasty treatment.

While we blacks are spending time playing the blame game, the white community is spending time figuring ways in which to render us invisible. Using such talk as “let’s all just be color blind”, which is one of my serious pet peeves see my article “Color Blind Racism” Villanueva says that “while being color-blind “would be the right thing” if it were actually possible, is not realistic. “No one wants to be rendered invisible, have a blind eye turned on her or him,”, so to be color-blind is to be “color-dumb, in all the senses of the word ‘dumb’.” There isn’t any possibility of the whole color blind argument ever coming into a society that is so obviously hung up on race but trying so hard to act oblivious to the inequities we live with day to day.

With such inequities in our society one can not simply blame the folks sitting at the bottom, there comes a time when you MUST look at the bigger picture to see that the blame needs to sit at the feet of not only our community but also the white community since they are the ones holding all the cards. Villanueva also talks of equity stating that it is impossible because capitalism works through exploitation. Since we in the black community have been exploited since our violent entrance into this society it (should but) doesn’t amaze me that we don’t do more to stick together and create equity within our own communities, but we are just too busy trying to get ours and forget everyone else. Which, you see plain as day with our celebrities such as Bill Cosby, and Oprah who are constantly saying things such as “pull yourself up by your bootstraps”, “I made it, why can’t you”, and “our community is so irresponsible, that is why we don’t do better”.

The fallacy of such statements sends a bogus message to our children that the reason they are not more successful in this society designed for them to fail is somehow totally through their own deficiencies. This will inevitably breed such thoughts as “if I were more like the white kids, I would be better” or “if I align myself with the white community, I’ll make it”. Bang, we have just produced another Uncle Tom who will begin their journey through life hating, leaving and inevitably doing serious harm to the black community along with those who seek to protect it. These new Toms will infect many more blacks causing eyes to shut to the truth of racism faster than those of us out there fighting the good fight to open those eyes to it. Since it is so much easier to live in the dark oblivious to the reality of racism, than to feel the pain of looking right at the racist light shining like the sun, people will tend to choose the easier. All of this will contribute in helping the internal feuding, inequity and racism to persist within the black community.

Death Penalty Becomes The New Lynching

12-4-death-penalty.jpg

America is a product of its past, says David Jacobs a professor of Sociology at the Ohio State University. What he is speaking of is the link between lynching and the death penalty. It seems that when he and his group looked at the actual number of lynchings per state they found that it directly correlates to the amount of African American males actually being put to death.

As he starts explaining his findings from his study, “Death sentences linked to history of lynching in states”, Jacobs states that the results might be shocking, except that I have known this all along so was I surprised, not one bit. “Our results suggest that the death penalty has become a sort of legal replacement for the lynchings in the past,” Jacobs said. “This hasn’t been done overtly, and probably no one has consciously made such a decision. But the results show a clear connection.” The only problem I have is I think that people in the legal system have to know that this system we count on to bring justice to criminals the country over is inherently racist

So the study shows that the states with the highest lynchings in the past have the highest number of blacks being put to death now, so I can surmise that the modern day death penalty when dealing with blacks is just another means of lynching our brothers. Ten southern states were of course with the highest rates. They showed that the death sentence numbers increased after an increase in the black population and showed that as soon as the population threshold was down to 20 to 22 percent the sentences tapered off. Sounds like black population control.

Another of his studies “Blacks who kill whites are most likely to be executed” showed that those blacks getting death sentences also increased if the victim was white but decreased if the victim was a minority. Also, when whites killed minorities they were less likely to get death. So it would seem that the judicial system places a higher value on the lives of whites versus their minority counterparts. But, yet again this does not surprise me as the judicial system has been screwed up since blacks were first introduced to it. Since nothing has changed that would ensure blacks a fair racist free trial I don’t see any end to this fiasco.

I have had a conversation about the judicial system before and heard a proposal that made absolute sense to me. The proposal was that we take the people out of the trial; you don’t get to see defendants or victims. How that works is the trial is actually done without the jury and everything is on transcript. Once the transcript is ready a jury reads it without any mention of race sexual orientation, religion, etc. unless it is an extremely important part of the trial such as hate crimes etc. So the jury can’t make any preconceived notions about anyone and they can just render a judgment.

I thought that it made sense; you can’t say that race etc. was a factor if no one knows any of those incidentals. Then the true verdicts can be rendered free of bias. I know first hand that preconceived notions can harm verdicts. I was on a jury once and everyone found this person who happened to be black not guilty except one man who agreed that the crime probably had not been committed but he felt that this second year college student who had never been in any trouble before probably had committed crimes that no one new about and this was our chance to make him pay. What! I told him that it didn’t matter what he might or might not have done, we were there to decide a verdict on a particular crime which he did not commit so the case is closed, but he could not live with that, and yes it was a hung jury due to that fool. Yet, you hear time and time again that racism is dead. Nevertheless here it is again biting blacks on trial whether they committed crimes or not right in the ass.
